Case Study: Manny Speaks

*Smo and Gro finally stop the car. They happen to stop right next to Manny, who was on his cell phone talking to Smo. He has two ladies in his car talking about relationships and various other things. Smo and Gro's jaws drop at the beauty of the ladies. The ladies give them a little wave.

Manny: Hey Smo! Did you see Hubb?

Smo (jaw still open): Uhm... nope.

Manny: Yeah, he went inside our building. He briefly said something about security.

Gro: We still need to talk to him about various top-secret things that you already know about.

Manny: Anyways, I have a case study for you two, if you want to talk about it. *looks at the women with an agreement.

Smo: What agreement?

Manny: I told them about my situation over the weekend and they decided it was appropriate enough to be a case study.

Gro: Tell us about it.

*As Manny was about to talk about the case study Hubb runs out of the building like he's in a hurry.*

Smo: Where are you going Hubb?

Hubb: *speaking in fragmented sentences* I must, do security things, at my house, and some girl's house that needs help, must go somewhere so soon.

*While the guys look at Hubb in a strange way, the girls decided to tap Manny on the back to talk about the case study.

Fly Girl 1: Excuse me Gentlemen, but I think Manny has something to say.

Manny: Thank you sweetheart, I will get to the story.

*We are about to hear what Manny has to say when Hubb runs right next to them, slaps Gro in the face and jumps into the Hubmobile.

Gro: Why did that happen?

Smo: You were just slapped....by Hubb!! *looking around confused*

Manny: *looks at both of them* Okay, that was strange. As I was about to say, my female friend and I decided to have one of our movie marathons.

Gro: What kind of movie marathon?

Smo (whistling): I bet you were the nice guy too, huh?

Manny: A movie marathon is when we get together, rent three movies, or more and watch them all night. Unless one of us becomes exhausted before a certain time and then we end the marathon of fun.

Fly Girl 1: Oh, we had that once, didn’t we Manny?

Manny: Indeed we did

Smo: What did you two have?

Manny: Oh, a little…. (becomes really silent)

Gro: What did you say?

Manny: (gets back to the story) As I said before, we rented a few movies, a romantic comedy, a intense fiction with drama, and a comedy. We held up until the second movie ended since she only got 5 hours of sleep the day before. So, the nice guy as I am, we decided to light some candles and try to get in a relaxed state of mind.

Fly girl 1 and Fly girl 2: We did that too, it was a fun relaxing time

Smo: Wait a minute, you need to tell me a little detail on the other case study sometime in the future

Gro: uh Huh (nodding slowly)

Manny: Right, and we lit some candles, and I decided to read Cosmo, a article about Karma Sutra. I thought the styles of it were hard, but hey if I was a professional, I wouldn’t have a problem. But, this will happen in the future with one lucky lady. Then forty minutes later she asked if she could kiss me.

Gro: BINGO!

Smo: GO MANNY!

Manny: Thanks guys, but I declined the offer. It was a little late in the evening, around 4:00am, and our brains don’t function beyond exhaustion. And, as her friend I didn’t want to confuse her in believing I wanted more than a friendship

Fly Girl 1 and Fly Girl 2: Awww, that is soo sweet!

Manny: Yeah, and the next day when I discussed what happened last night, she said she just wanted to kiss me, that’s all, nothing about going beyond friendship. But, I am glad I didn’t have a make out session because it would have caused confusion.

(As we see four listening to the end of Manny’s story, in the background Hubb is laughing madly while driving his car)
